Based on Trailer, Neon will have the ability to sprint and shift. One of the talents is two electric walls that are similar to Phoenix’s firewalls. Another feature seems to be tabs from the wall before creating a type of ground effect. Finally, the Ultimate ability seems to be an electric bundle that allows Neon to fire the enemies.
